Blank Card Watercolour Iris with Gold Leaf Letter I

Original watercolour with 24 carat gold leaf alphabet  blank greetings card. Letter gilding involves two stages, one to apply the miniatum size to the letters and then then to hand apply the gold leaf using traditional loose leaf methods. 

This original watercolour art is on 300gsm 140lb cotton paper and includes the envelope.

Measures 5 inches by 7 inches.

Can also be framed after use as a card or kept as a keepsake as gold leaf does not tarnish.
